Instant Pot Black Dal (Dishoom-Inspired Dal Makhani Recipe)
Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste ( 80 g)
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cups water
  • subheading: TO FINISH:
  • 1 tablespoon fenugreek leaves (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons butter ( 90 g)
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream (double cream)
