90 SECOND PAN PIZZA

Ingredients
  • subheading: For the Bread:
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  •  
  • 1¼ tablespoon butter, melted
  •  
  • 1 egg white
  •  
  • 1 teaspoon cream cheese, softened
  •  
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  •  
  • 1 tablespoon mozzarella, grated
  •  
  • subheading: For the Pizza:
  • 1 tablespoon of Marinara sauce (lowest carb version is Rao's)
  •  
  • ⅓ cup Mozzarella cheese
  •  
  • favorite pizza toppings
  •  
  • sprinkle of Italian seasoning
Steps
  1. subheading: For the Bread:
  2. Melt butter in a ceramic or glass bowl. (mine was about 6 inches)
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk together until combined.
  4. Cook in microwave for 90 seconds.
  5. Remove from the microwave and allow to cool for a minute or two..
  6. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in an oven proof skillet and cook 90-Second Bread on each side until crisp.
  7. subheading: For the Pizza:
  8. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  9. Add 1 tablespoon of sauce to the top of the 90 second bread.
  10. Top with ⅓ cup Mozzarella Cheese
  11. Add favorite toppings. My favorite pizza topping is ground beef. I added it under the cheese so that it wouldn't burn when I put the pizza in the oven.
  12. Sprinkle a little Italian Seasoning on top.
  13. Place oven safe skillet on top shelf of oven and bake until cheese is melted (approx. 5 to 8 minutes).
  14. If you don't have an oven safe skillet, place pizza on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake.
