Ingredients
- 3 Hawaiian Ghost Chili Peppahs
- ½ cup of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Hawaiian Sea Salt
- 16 ounce bottle of water
Steps
- Add 3 Hawaiian Ghost chili peppers and ½ cup of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of salt to a immersion blender cup
- Process chili peppers in short bursts for about 30 seconds
- Pour 12 ounces of the bottled of water into your pot...reserve bottle
- Add the processed chili peppers
- close and seal your pot
- Set your pot to manual 15 minutes
- Do a full npr and let cool completely
- Using a funnel.. pour the Chili Peppa Watta into the water bottle
Notes
- You’ll have about a ½ cup extra..buy some fried pork skins ..dip and snack...I tried sipping ...but NOOO..killer hot
- The Hawaiian Ghost Chili Peppers are a cross between a Hawaiian Chili Pepper and a Ghost Chili Pepper
- Use gloves
