Instant Pot Hawaiian Ghost Chili Peppah Wattah by Rich Lum
Ingredients
  • 3 Hawaiian Ghost Chili Peppahs
  • ½ cup of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Hawaiian Sea Salt
  • 16 ounce bottle of water
Steps
  1. Add 3 Hawaiian Ghost chili peppers and ½ cup of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of salt to a immersion blender cup
  2. Process chili peppers in short bursts for about 30 seconds
  3. Pour 12 ounces of the bottled of water into your pot...reserve bottle
  4. Add the processed chili peppers
  5. close and seal your pot
  6. Set your pot to manual 15 minutes
  7. Do a full npr and let cool completely
  8. Using a funnel.. pour the Chili Peppa Watta into the water bottle
Notes
  • You’ll have about a ½ cup extra..buy some fried pork skins ..dip and snack...I tried sipping ...but NOOO..killer hot
  • The Hawaiian Ghost Chili Peppers are a cross between a Hawaiian Chili Pepper and a Ghost Chili Pepper
  • Use gloves
