  • 6 tablespoons (53 g) basic xanthan gum-free flour blend
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (12 g) granulated sugar
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
