Instant Pot Skirt Steak
- 1.5 - 2 lbs Skirt Steak
- ¼ Cup Soy Vey sauce
- ¼ Cup orange juice
- Cut Skirt Steak into 3-4 inch strips. Place in gallon ziploc bag and pour OJ & Sot Vey in. Close bag & shake it well so all the meat is coated. Let it marinate in fridge a few hours (overnight is better). You can also freeze it at this point and cook later.
- Place trivet in IP.
- Pour in 1 cup water.
- Place meat in oven safe dish & put in IP on trivet.
- Cook high pressure 25 min then NPR.
- I shredded & served over a smashed baked potato with cheese.
