Bacon-Wrapped Cheese-Filled Venison Meatballs
Ingredients
  • 2lbs. Ground Venison
  • 1lb ground pork
  • ½ cup white bread torn into pieces
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 lb cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1lb thin sliced bacon
Steps
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine meat, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, and eggs.
  3. Make meatballs around cheese cubes, then wrap in bacon and secure with toothpick.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes.
