Blueberry Muffin Overnight N’Oatmeal
Ingredients
  • 1 c milk of choice (used unsw almond)
  • ¼ c coconut flour
  • 2 T flax, chia, or psyllium husk (used husk)
  • 1 serving vanilla or coconut-flavored protein
  • ¼ c frozen wild blueberries
  • ½ tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • dash of pink salt
  • 1 to 2 T almond or cashew butter to top
