Low Fodmap Spinach Feta Dip
Ingredients
  • 8-ounces (225 g) creamy-textured feta, crumbled
  •  
  • 3-ounces (85 g) frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
  • ¼ cup (30 g) finely minced red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lactose-free cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lactose-free yogurt or lactose-free sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons minced scallion greens
  • 1 tablespoon Fody Low FODMAP Shallot-Infused Olive Oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Your choice of low FODMAP snack foods, such as low FODMAP crackers, pretzels, carrot sticks, cucumber spears, etc.
