SCOTCH FINGER CARAMEL CUSTARD SLICE

I haven't made this recipe for sometime, every time I post the recipe it gets such an overwhelming response. The only difference I did was that I always double the filling and line a deeper baking dish.

1 packet of Scotch finger biscuits

1 cup cream

1 cup of brown sugar

1 cup of milk

⅓ cup custard powder

200g of melted chocolate

30g of butter
