Ingredients
  • sandwich bread
  • 4 TBSP cup almond milk
  • 4 cups mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 TBSP oil
  • 2 onions, medium size, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 TBSP of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup of cashews, raw (or almonds)
  • ¼ cup of vegan butter, melted
  • 2 tsp of cacao powder, optional
  • ½ tsp of maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp of each: thyme, rosemary
  • ⅛ teaspoon of salt
