Ingredients
  • 3 overly ripe bananas (make sure they’re black!!)
  • ¼ cup of plain unsweetened plant based milk of your choosing (I use Almond)
  • ½ tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ cup of maple syrup (this is for sweetness so it can be modified to your sweet tooth level!!)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon (this can be modified if this is too much - I’m just a sucker for cinnamon!!)
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups gluten free flour (I use GF oat flour)
