Use Sea Salt, not Commercial Salt. If you have Khorasan Flour, you can use 50/50 with Spelt Flour. Both are Ancient Grains, much healthier for you than Modern Wheat.

  • 4.5 cups whole grain spelt flour
  • ¼ cup flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2.25 teaspoons instant yeast 1 0.25-ounce packet
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1.75 cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
