  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (gluten-free if neccessary)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 pound cabbage (about 6 cups thinly sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • Butter for greasing the baking dish
  •  
  • Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
