Ingredients

- ⅓ cup of bean sprouts
- ⅓ cup of carrots, shredded
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil, or cooking oil of choice
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon gluten-free fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps gluten-free oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsps tamarind paste/sauce (see note)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- sliced limes, chopped peanuts, for serving
- Optional: chicken or tofu, cubed
