  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon freshly minced garlic
  • ½ cup cubed ham
  • ¾ cup Holland House White Cooking Wine
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
  • ½ cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, chiffonade
