Ginger Wok Fried Cauliflower Rice with Prawns
Ingredients
  • 600g peeled and deveined prawns
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander or parsley plus 1 tbsp for decoration
