Thomas Keller's 7 Yolk Pasta Dough
Ingredients
  • note: Note: this recipe uses 7 yolk, but only 1 egg white, so you will have 6 egg whites leftover. I think lightening a fritatta like this one is a great way to use them. Also, once you have all this pasta, look for ideas to use it here.

  • 1 ¾ cups (8 ounces) all-purpose flour
  • 6 large egg yolks
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ½ teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon milk
