Vegan Brown Gravy
Super simple vegan gravy recipe I use for poutine, savory pies, and mashed potatoes. You can add any herbs or seasonings of your choice. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
