Instant Pot Hibachi Fried Rice
Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, scrambled

  • ½ (12 oz) package mixed frozen vegetables (mine had carrots and peas)
  • ¾ tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • 1 ½ green onions, diced
