Thai Beef Salad

Ingredients
  • 4 x 30g (1¼ oz) slices of lean roast beef, shredded
  •  
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
  •  
  • ½ teaspoon Thai 7 spice blend
  •  
  • 1½ Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  •  
  • 2 Spring onions sliced finely
  •  
  • 75g (2¾ oz) radishes sliced finely
  •  
  • ¼ cumber diced
  •  
  • 2 large tomatoes chopped
  •  
  • 150g (5½ oz) bean sprouts
  •  
Steps
  1. 1. Mix together the beef, ginger, Thai 7 spice and balsamic vinegar in large bowl
  2. 2. Add the spring onions, radishes, cucumber,tomato’s and bean sprouts.
  3. 3. Gentle toss to mix. Divide between two plates and serve.
