Ingredients
- 4 x 30g (1¼ oz) slices of lean roast beef, shredded
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
- ½ teaspoon Thai 7 spice blend
- 1½ Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 Spring onions sliced finely
- 75g (2¾ oz) radishes sliced finely
- ¼ cumber diced
- 2 large tomatoes chopped
- 150g (5½ oz) bean sprouts
Steps
- 1. Mix together the beef, ginger, Thai 7 spice and balsamic vinegar in large bowl
- 2. Add the spring onions, radishes, cucumber,tomato’s and bean sprouts.
- 3. Gentle toss to mix. Divide between two plates and serve.
