Turkey Bone Broth & Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
  • 8 cups turkey bone broth Prepared by boiling turkey bones in water overnight on low heat or in a slow cooker. Place the bones in water and cook overnight, then prepare this soup the next day.
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 leeks
  • ½ white onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cup shredded turkey meat
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black peppercorns
