Berry Sorbet
Ingredients
  • 12 oz fresh raspberries, blueberries or diced strawberries
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp allulose (to taste)
  • ¼ cup water (as needed)
Steps
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange fresh raspberries in a single layer and freeze for at least 4 hours, until solid.
  3. Using a food processor, blend everything except the water, until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
  4. Adjust sweetener to taste. If sorbet is too thick, add water to thin out as needed.
