Lemon Bars
Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter / margarine
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Steps
  1. Cream 2 cups flour, 1 cup butter / margarine, and ½ cup powdered sugar. Press into ungreased 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  2. Beat 4 eggs, add 6 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 cups sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, and ½ teaspoon salt. Pour over baked crust, and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
