Creamy Meyer Lemon Pasta

  • 6 large garlic cloves, sliced thinly
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, coarsely ground
  • 1¼ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup lightly packed dill leaves and tender stems, very coarsely chopped
