Bulgogi Chicken Thighs

Baked 30 minutes at 400°F
Ingredients
  • 3.5 lbs Bone-in thighs preferably
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin (or white wine)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar substitute
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup of Coca-Cola Zero
  • 1 tsp sesame seed oil
  • handful of coarsely chopped garlic
  • 3 coarsely chopped green onions
  • red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1 tsp of sesame seeds
Steps
  1. Mix the above ingredients well in your slowcooker then add the chicken. Make sure the chicken is properly coated. You can choose to let it sit overnight in the fridge to marinate. If you're "pressed for time" you can marinate the chicken for 30 minutes and it'll will be fine. Set on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
