  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup brandy
  • 1 cup low-salt chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh sage
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ⅓ cup créme fraîche or sour cream
