Mediterranean Tuna Pasta Salad (No-Mayo)

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
