  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato paste
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and Pepper
