Crispy Vegan Snacks
A vegan nugget made with potatoes and cabbage.
Ingredients
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 7 tablespoon Buckwheat flour
  • 2 tablespoon flax seeds & 5 tablespoon of water, mixed
  • Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of paprika, salt and pepper
Steps
  1. Shred the cabbage and potatoes
  2. Mix in a bowl with garlic, buckwheat flour, seeds, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Form the dough in pieces and roll in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add the nuggets and cook until crispy.
