Low Carb Red Pepper and Cream Cheese Pinwheels
use sliced meat instead of tortillas to make even more keto.
Ingredients
  • 4 low carb wraps or tortillas
  • ⅔ cup cream cheese softened, 5oz
  • ¼ cup full fat sour cream
  • 1 to 2 tsp red pepper jelly I add up to 2 tbsp if these are for non-keto/low carb guests, red pepper jelly is higher in carbs so just be sure to account for that
  • 5 tbsp cheddar cheese shredded, 2.6oz or 75g
  • 150 g shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ a large red pepper finely chopped
  • 1 to 2 large green onions chopped
  • a few red pepper flakes for some spice optional
  • salt/pepper to taste
