Jalapeño Popper Dip
Ingredients
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 8 ounces canned jalapenos, drained (or 2 to 3 fresh jalapenos diced)
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
