  • ½ to 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 servings vegan halloumi cheese ( cashew halloumi or tofu halloumi )
