Keto Cranberry Bliss Bars
My copycat of the famous Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars, made low carb and ketogenic!  Keto Cranberry Bliss Bars have cranberries, notes of orange, and just enough sweetness to make it a delicious treat!
Ingredients
  • subheading: For the Bars:
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut Flour
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Lakanto Granular Sweetener
  • ¼ tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1 dropper Sweetleaf Stevia
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp. Orange Extract
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • ¼ cup No Sugar Added Dried Cranberries, chopped
  • subheading: For The Frosting:
  • 6 oz Cream Cheese
  •  
  • ½ tsp. Orange Extract
  • ¼ cup Lakanto Confectioner's Sweetener
  • ¼ cup No Sugar Added Dried Cranberries, chopped {optional, to sprinkle on top}
  •  
  • ½ cup Keto White Chocolate Chips, melted, for drizzling
