Vegan Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups of unsweetened almond milk, macadamia nut milk, soy milk or cashew milk (choose your favorite nondairy milk)
  • ½ cup coconut milk or coconut cream
  • ¼ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt (optional)
  • Coconut whipped cream and vegan marshmallows
