Ingredients
  • ground beef (hamburger)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 stick butter
Steps
  1. Select small sauce pan a little bigger than the burger
  2. Put stick butter in the pan
  3. Set to low heat (important that it is low)
  4. Add salt and pepper to the ground beef and shape the burger. At this point, you can create little pockets in the patties and fill with butter.
  5. Put burger in the melted butter and poach for a few minutes on each side
