  • 2 large lemons, zested
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon extract

  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese, cold
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, can substitute powdered sugar
  • ½ cup 2 tablespoons heavy cream, cold
  • 1 teaspoon clear vanilla extract, can substitute pure vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 large lemon, zested
