Ingredients
- ½ cup raw cashews, soaked for 20 minutes or overnight
- ¼ cup water
- 1 very small garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp miso paste
- ¼ cup packed parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon reduced-sodium tamari or soy sauce
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 to 3 leaves of fresh sage (optional)
Steps
- Drain cashews. Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
Notes
- Excellent in a Buddha bowl - quinoa, lentils, roasted veggies, red cabbage, carrots....... sprinkled with hemp seeds. Possibilities are endless!
