- ¼ teaspoon creole seasoning I used Emeril's Essence Creole Seasoning recipe
- Dry Dredging Ingredients (or use about 1.5 to 2 cups of KFO Dry Dredging Mix recipe)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- ½ cup bread crumbs plain
- ¾ Tablespoon kosher salt
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon onion powder
- ¾ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ teaspoon smoked paparika
- ¾ teaspoon creole seasoning I used Emeril's Essesence Seasoning recipe
- oil in sprayer I use pure avocado oil, vegetable oil works well too
