Easy Roasted Broccoli and Carrots with Parmesan
Ingredients
  • 8 medium carrots about 1 lb, peeled and sliced in half, and 2 inch sticks (Note 1)
  • 1 lb broccoli florets chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese optional for topping
  • Fresh chopped parsley for topping
