- Ok, this is not an Instant Pot recipe, but one that I like to use at least once a year for a Whole Chicken for Chicken salad later....
- 1 whole chicken, original recipe called for 3 pound, but I don't see anything that small any longer in grocery stores. My newest one is 5 lbs.
