The Holy Grail of Low Carb Bread!
  • 12 ounces of cream cheese, softened in the microwave
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup bacon fat melted
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Mix all ingredients well and set aside. Mix dry ingredients:
  • 1 ¼ cup whey protein isolate (Isopure or Hoosier is recommended)
  • ½ cup oat fiber
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 package yeast (for taste)
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar
