  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • ¼ cup neutral oil or vegan mayo
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • subheading: IF FRYING:
  • ¼ cup flour
  • Salt & pepper

  • 2 Tbsp vegan butter or olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp red chile flakes or calabrian chiles (for some heat)
  • 2 cups vegan chicken or veggie broth
  • ½ to ¾ cup cashew cream
  • 2 to 3 tsp dijon mustard
  • ½ cup vegan parmesan (or 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast)
  • ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant milk
  • Salt to taste
