Ortega Chili Rellenos
you can eat with salsa on it and more cheese or as a finger food.

Ingredients
  • 1. can ( 27 oz. ) whole green chilles
  • 1 ½lb. MONterey Jack Cheese,cut into1-inch strips
  • 6 large eggs, separated
  • 6 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • vegetable oil
  • Ortega mild Salsa warmed
Steps
  1. stuff each (being careful not to break the skins with the cheese
  2. take egg whites and beat them until stiff peak form.
  3. whisk egg yolks in small bowl. fold yolks ,egg whites and flour
  4. until just combined.
  5. add oil in 1-inch depth in Medium skillet; heat on high for3 to 4 Minutes.
  6. dip chilies in batter until well.place in oil; fry turning frequently
  7. with thongs, until golden brown.
  8. place on paper towels and drain well.
  9. serve with salsa.8 to 10 servings.
