High Protein Shrimp & Broccoli Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients
  • 1 box chickpea rotini (227g - I use the brand Chickapea)
  • 300 g raw shrimp , deveined & tail-off
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove , minced
  • 2.5 cups broccoli florets , chopped very small
  • 1 pack fat-free cream cheese (227g - I use the Philadelphia 95% fat-free)
  • 0.5 package McCormick International alfredo sauce mix (*see notes)
  • ½ cup milk of choice (I use unsweetened almond milk)
