Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 6 ounces each)
- ½ cup gluten-free, all-purpose, low-FODMAP flour
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic infused olive oil
