  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 16 ounces firm tofu
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 8 ounces lacinato kale or other, see notes above
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
