Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 8 oz (half pound) pepperoni, thinly sliced (I get mine sliced at the deli counter)
  • 8 oz (half pound) provolone or mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced (I prefer provolone and get it sliced at the deli counter)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • pizza or spaghetti sauce, for dipping
