Pumpkin Brûlée Bliss Pie

  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ¾ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for brûlée topping)
