  • 1⁄3 cup rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
  • 30g almonds
  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1⁄4 tsp salt
  • 5 to 6 ice cubes
