Instant Pot Mashed Cauliflower

Servings: 6 - ½ Cup servings

Ingredients
  • 1 fresh head of cauliflower, ⅓ Cup Sour Cream , 2 tbsp. Butter and good sprinkle of McCormick Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning
Steps
  1. What I did: Clean up the cauliflower and break into florets. Cook in steamer basket on manual for 10 minutes as I wanted very soft. Then drained and patted with clean dish towel to remove access water. Into food processor with ⅓ cup of sour cream and two tbsp. butter ( room-temp)sprinkle in a bit of McCormicks Garlic and Herb seasonings. Only gave it a couple quick pulses in food processor. Didn’t add salt as the seasoning had plenty for our taste.
